Simple definition

1. It is intranet and a password is created to access it.
2. It involves e-storage of all documents of a company and provide physical access to document.
3. It is more substantial or reliable.
4. It is more accurate and consistent (best to use) to make decisions regarding information storage.

Software agent get request, information required from user agents and then search in library with the help of tools. It act as a intermediaries or broker or protocol takes order of user.
1. Searching over internet.

3. Processing tools to help, find data is stored in which derive.

5. EDI gateway: - availability of data format in which user wants.
6. Work flow automation.

Information layer

They contain three subparts these are given below

Operational data and document
It contains book, reports, magazines, newspaper, paper material, video, audio etc.
